Pressure Washing

Pressure washing has become a large part of my business.  We are cleaning 1-2 home each week.  I use a low pressure chemical wash to clean siding, gutters, driveways and roofs.  

Painting

I can take care of all of your painting needs.  Interior walls, ceiling and trim.  External painting to include trim, railing, cupola's and garage doors.  

Plumbing

Small plumbing needs, install faucets, clean drains, and much more.  

Electrical

I can take care  of your simple electrical needs;  run a new line, install new outlets or switches, change a fixture or ceiling fan.  

Hang T.V's or Install Security Camera's 

Sprinkler Repair

I can hang that new T.V. and run the wires behind the drywall or mount the new security cameras around the house.  

I can do most sprinkler repairs  Broken heads, damaged lines, new controller, start up, added heads or run a new line.  

Dryer Vent Cleaning

One maintenance item that gets forgotten is to clean the vent pipe from your dryer to outside.  With a drill attachment I can clean all the lent from the line and reduce the fire hazard and improve the performance of the machine.  ​

Fence Repair

I can rebuild the wood fence gate or replace broke boards.  Tree has fallen on the fence, call me and I get the area secured and then repaired.  

Handyman for a Half Day!
What would you do with a handyman for a half day.  Some clients have used it to paint, change light fixtures, multiple small home repairs, you name it.  Most common use it for every home's "Honey Do List"

Is the old mailbox looking bad or did it get hit last winter.  Call and I install your new mailbox. ​
